Welcome to Admissions. We offer a three-entry admissions cycle in September, January, and April each year, with clear guidance throughout the application process to help applicants plan accordingly.

The entrance assessment is a fair and objective process that evaluates a student’s ability and determines the appropriate tuition to meet their needs. Please note that English is the language of instruction, which is essential for preparation.
Stage 3: Payment of Tuition Fees
After a place is offered to the student, the tuition fee becomes payable.

Senior students are required to meet the following conditions:
(1) Students awarded a BA/BSc in any subject.
(2) Students with an overall aggregate of 24 or better from their electives and core subjects in SSCE/WASSCE.
(3) As an Academy which encourages open access, we will consider mature students (18 years and over) who do not meet the above requirements, yet have a passion to learn and be successful.
Applicants from non-English-speaking countries will be required to demonstrate a minimum level of English Language Proficiency through recognised exams such as GCSE/O-Level, IELTS, or TOEFL to qualify for admission.
We understand the challenges of language requirements and aim to support applicants through this process. Those who are unable to meet the minimum level of English Language Proficiency may apply for an English Language Proficiency Course.
At the Creative Writing Academy, we value honesty and integrity, which are essential for building a respectful and trustworthy academic community.
Applicants who provide information that turns out to be untrue will be disqualified.
Programs for the Junior School (5 to 16 years) include After-School Tuition, Saturday Classes, Virtual Lessons, and Vacation Classes.
Subjects include English Grammar, Comprehension, Reading, Spelling, Critical Thinking and Reasoning, Drama, Poetry, and the Creative Arts.

Fees for our Business Writing Program for institutions range from GH 500 to GH 1,000 per head for a day’s training session. This requires a minimum of 10 participants.

Effective Business Writing
This module will equip participants with the skills to write professionally with clarity, coherence, and good grammar. Areas covered include letters, memos, emails, proposals, articles and reports.
Effective Business Communication
In this module, participants learn strategies to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication with internal and external clients, and how effective communication can strengthen a company’s brand and success. Key areas will include interviewing skills and body language.
Public Speaking
This module will provide participants with the tools and techniques to deliver impactful speeches and presentations. Students will learn to communicate ideas and information confidently and effectively to an audience. Key skills include clear articulation, strong communication, building rapport with the audience, and maintaining a confident and professional demeanour.
Speech Writing
This module covers the essential principles and techniques for crafting effective, impactful speeches, focusing on understanding the audience, crafting a clear message, structuring the speech logically, using persuasive language, and delivering the speech with confidence. It includes strategies for analysing an audience, selecting style and tone, and incorporating rhetorical appeals and storytelling. Learners will craft openings and closings, build structured outlines, review effective rehearsal techniques, and examine methods for editing and revising. This comprehensive course prepares participants to deliver powerful and persuasive speeches.
Time Management
This module will train participants to value time, be punctual, organised and plan effectively. They will learn the benefits of good time management, including improved productivity, better-quality work, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased professional confidence.
